Minimum order

The minimum order for custom branded candles is 36 units. Volume discounts start at 500 units. 

Pricing

Transparent all-inclusive pricing. Not set-up fees or artwork fees. We are happy to help you with your design or provide mock-ups at no additional cost.

Lead times

Most orders have a 7-10 business day lead time. Rush order requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. There may be longer lead times during peak periods and for larger orders or orders with additional customizations.

No, we are bulk-only with a 36-unit minimum.

How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 7-10 business days after proof approval.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, you can order a sample kit which includes fragrance samples and a full-size candle to test burn. Custom printed samples are also available.

Can we include cards / inserts? 

Yes, we can include a 4" x 4" custom insert with your branding and messaging in the candle gift box.
