Returns
We do not allow returns on wholesale orders. If your products are damaged during shipment, we will replace all damaged items. Please email a photo and description of damaged items to support@roamhomegrown.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not allow refunds on wholesale orders. In the event of products damaged during shipment, we will replace the items for you at no cost.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@roamhomegrown.com.
If a product needs to be exchanged due to a processing error please email support@roamhomegrown.com. ROAM Homegrown will provide a shipping label.
