Our minimum order quantity for private label candles is 36. You can mix and match scents to meet this minimum.

Our turn-around time for private label candles is 2 weeks in most cases.

We offer 12 scents (10 are available year round, 3 are part of rotating seasonal collections). If you have not yet sampled our candles, we recommend ordering our scent sample kit and one sample candle as a first step in your private label candle process.

Yes, our design, print and labeling services are included in the price of your candles.

Yes, our state-of-the-art printer allows us to create full color, high-quality labels.

After you purchase your private label candles, please provide us with a hi-res png file (300 dpi) along with your colors, fonts and any additional design direction, images and wording. We will provide you with design options within 3 business days for you to approve or provide feedback on. Once approved, we will label your candles and fulfill your order.

For custom scents, we require a minimum order quantity of 150. Our lead time for custom scents is 6-8 weeks in most cases.

For custom vessels, we require a minimum order quantity of 300. Our lead time for custom vessels varies. Candle making requires extensive testing with new vessels, it is possible certain vessels will not meet our production standards after testing.

Boxes are available for an additional +$2.50 per box. Boxes are labeled at a minimum of 36 units. Boxes can be printed at a minimum of 150 units.

Yes, if you want the candles without labels, we will deduct -$1 per unit.

Yes, we can print full wrap label designs as well as logos. The minimum for printing on vessels is 150 units and the lead time is 3-4 weeks.

Yes, if you would like your candles shipped to a 3PL warehouse, we can ship your candles in pre-packed boxes with barcodes. The additional cost for this packaging is $2 per unit.
