What is the difference between private label and custom candles?
Private label candles are typically created as part of a product collection to be sold under your brand.
Custom candles can also be created for client gifts, events, hospitality, brand experiences and other special projects. Both offer ROAM’s customization options, but the intended use is different.
What is your minimum order for Private Label?
Our private label candle programs are designed to accommodate both emerging and established brands.
Minimums vary depending on vessel, fragrance, printing, packaging, and level of customization. Our standard programs begin with 40 units, with volume pricing available for larger production runs.
Can you manufacture orders of 1,000+ candles?
Yes. We're equipped for larger production runs, including orders in the thousands.
For high-volume projects, our team will develop a production plan around your quantities, specifications, and desired delivery date.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for larger orders and varies based on quantity, vessel, fragrance, decoration, packaging, and other project requirements. Speak with our team for a custom quote based on your production needs.
Can you create a custom fragrance?
Yes. We can develop a signature fragrance specifically for your brand or help you select from our curated fragrance collection.
Custom fragrance development begins at 150 units and typically requires additional development time for sampling and approval.
What safety testing do your candles undergo?
ROAM candles are developed with performance and safety in mind. Our candles undergo burn and safety testing to evaluate elements such as wick performance, burn quality, and vessel compatibility before production.
Can you accommodate repeat orders?
Yes. Private label programs are designed with ongoing production in mind.
Once your designs are established, our team can work with you on repeat orders to help maintain consistency across future production runs.
Can you create candles for retail sale?
Yes. Our private label program is designed for brands creating candle collections for retail, hospitality, gifting, and other branded applications.
