Shipping information
Custom orders ship via UPS Ground within 7–10 business days of proof approval.
Because each piece is made to order, custom products are final sale and not eligible for returns.

How Does Drop-Shipping Work?
We offer drop-shipping for qualifying orders of 50 candles or more, allowing us to send individual gifts directly to recipients across the continental U.S.
Drop-shipped orders have a lead time of approximately 3–4 weeks from proof approval, and all packages are prepared and shipped together in one batch.
Drop shipping is $16 per recipient. Select “Ship to Individual Recipients” when placing your order, the shipping cost has already been included in your order total there is no additional shipping charge when you submit your addresses.
To keep your order on schedule, we’ll need your complete recipient list at least one week before your requested ship window.

Artwork is printed directly onto the vessel in-house using premium UV printing, allowing for vibrant color, crisp detail, and a seamless custom finish.
Phthalate-Free Fragrance
Each fragrance is thoughtfully selected and made without phthalates, offering a more considered scent experience for homes, offices, events, and hospitality spaces.
Pure Soy Wax
