What is the difference between printed and labeled candles?
Full-color printed candles feature artwork applied directly to the vessel for a more elevated, permanent finish. They’re especially well suited to closing gifts, luxury client appreciation, and milestone gifts where you want the candle itself to feel like a distinctive keepsake and a natural extension of your brand.
Labeled candles offer a versatile branded option with a custom printed label. They’re a great fit for larger client gifting programs, brokerage or team initiatives, and recurring gifts where you want a polished branded presentation with flexibility across different campaigns or occasions.
What is your minimum order for custom candles?
Our minimum order is 40 units, making custom candles a fit for everything from smaller client appreciation initiatives to larger brokerage and team programs.
Can you ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. For 12 oz candles, you can send a single batch order to multiple individual recipients for $16 per candle.
Submit your completed recipient address form at least one week before your requested ship date.
The $16 recipient-shipping cost is included in the selected price, so you won't be charged additional shipping at checkout.
Individual recipient shipping does not qualify for complimentary shipping. We do not hold inventory for ongoing individual fulfillment.
Do you offer design support?
Yes. Our team can help with artwork, vessel selection, fragrance, printing, and packaging to create a polished gift for your clients, homeowners, agents, or team. Design support is complimentary.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is based on the quantity you select, with lower per-unit pricing automatically applied as your order reaches each volume tier. The price shown reflects the selected quantity, vessel, fragrance, decoration, and packaging options for your project. Speak with our team for a custom quote based on your production needs.
How long does production take?
Production timelines depend on quantity and customization.
Most standard custom candle orders ship within 7–10 business days. Larger orders or projects requiring additional customization may require more time.
Once we understand your project, we'll confirm a clear production timeline before work begins.
What safety testing do your candles undergo?
ROAM candles are developed with performance and safety in mind.
Each candle undergoes burn and safety testing to evaluate factors such as wick performance, burn quality, and vessel compatibility, helping ensure a polished, reliable gift for your clients, homeowners, and real estate gifting programs.
Can you accommodate repeat orders?
Yes. Our process is designed to support ongoing real estate gifting programs.
Once your candle design is established, we can work with you on repeat orders to maintain consistency across future client gifts, closing gifts, and team or brokerage programs.
Can I add boxes or custom matches?
Yes. Custom gift boxes and printed matches are available as add-ons to select candle options. You can choose them while configuring your order.
What is the difference between production time and shipping time?
Production time is the time it takes us to create your candles, from final artwork approval through completion of the order. Standard custom candle orders typically ships in 7–10 business days after proof approval.
Shipping transit time begins once your order leaves our studio and is the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to its destination. Transit time varies by destination and shipping method.
For real estate gifting, we recommend allowing for both production and transit time when planning around a closing, client event, or gifting date.
